A Zenflo admin reviews every business account before it publishes. Opening hours, contact details and locations are confirmed with the owner, and reviews are moderated against our guidelines.

Listing on Zenflo is free, and searching is always free. Businesses can pay for a Featured placement — clearly labelled with a Featured badge wherever it appears. We never charge commission on bookings, and paid placement never changes a business’s rating or reviews.
Reviews are written by customers and published after a moderation check. Businesses can respond to reviews but can’t edit or delete them. If a review breaks our community guidelines, we remove it and say why.
