Zenflo's Reputation feature is optional. It works only after you, the business owner, explicitly connect your Google account and grant the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope. We access data only for the Google Business Profiles that the connected Google account is authorised to manage.

We do not read the performance metrics Google reports for your profile (such as calls, direction requests, or website clicks). We never access profiles you do not manage, and we do not use Google APIs to search for or compile information about other businesses.
You write your reply yourself, or you can ask us to draft one. If you choose Draft with AI, the text of that single review and your business name are sent to our AI provider to generate a suggested reply, which is returned to your screen for you to edit. That provider processes it solely to produce the draft and does not use it to train models. Nothing is published to Google until you read the draft and click Reply — no reply is ever posted automatically, and we never write reviews.
Our public directory of Australian beauty and wellness businesses is built from independently sourced and business-supplied information, and the reviews shown on it are written by Zenflo users. Information obtained from the Google Business Profile API is never added to the directory, never shown on a public page, and never used to contact or rank a business that has not connected its own profile. It is visible only to you, inside your own Zenflo business account.
Cached Google review content is deleted once it has not been refreshed for 30 days. That sweep runs on a daily schedule whether or not you keep using the feature, so nothing lingers if you stop. When you disconnect, we revoke the authorisation and delete the stored token and that connection's cached Google content straight away. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
Google API Limited Use disclosure. Zenflo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Zenflo uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and personalise your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
